- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity obtained from a large-scale industrial catering, food service, or hospitality company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or any related field.
- Certification in ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, and 22000, Fighting, First Aid, etc.
- Experience in handling the Management Representative role during audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in the documentation.
- The ability to interpret data and statistics.
- Relevant skills with technology, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Logical reasoning.
