2. Setting & implementing social media & communication plan & campaigns
3. Provide engaging text, image &video content for social media accounts, blog, press releases &newsletter
4. Moderate social media conversation by responding to comments & DMs
5. Participate in events by covering on social media platforms, build community &boost brand & awareness.
6. Liaise with the commercial department to stay updated on new products &arrivals.
7. Monitor & report feedback & online reviews.
8. Collaborate with web, digital & e-shop specialists
9. Plan, execute & measure social media conversion tests (A/B &multivariate testing)
